How to use .imgPTN23 files to Secure Boot

The latest Microsoft Windows updates have added new blacklist keys to the UEFI BIOS firmware which stops Secure UEFI-booting to Ventoy and agFM.

However, by using Partition Image files, we can still boot to hundreds of different signed/secure payloads such as Windows Installers, WinPE, Ubuntu, Redhat, Fedora, etc.
