Removing Ventoy code

The reason I ask is... I am second-guessing Ventoy because of the recent iVentoy vulnerability. Even though it is iVentoy instead of Ventoy and the developer addressed the issue, I am still uneasy because of the BLOBs in Ventoy's code. Whether malicious or not, it does not seem to support the claim of "open source" - just another questionable act. So, I'm looking for an alternative. E2B looks good, and I hope it lives on for a while (unlike others which are no longer maintained).
Or should I not be concerned? What do you think about this situation?
