CONTIG.ISO is not present

Quote from SteveSi on 2024-12-27, 9:57 AMHi, previous to that screenshot, you are usually given the option to keep, delete or resize the contig.iso file. My guess is you chose to delete it?
your explorer shows a file of 6GB (it is 500MB in the download) so you seem to have changed it? - maybe there was no enough room to copy it over?

I did not quite understand the question. If it meant that CMD offered me to create Contig.iso? No, I did not offer.

Yes, I manually created an empty 6GB file according to the instruction. There is enough space ~50GB

Quote from SteveSi on 2024-12-27, 10:34 AMNot sure then.
Why not see if you can copy that huge 6GB file manually onto your USB drive.
I don't think any of my instructions say to alter the source files/folders? They should say to run/change the USB drive?
The messages say copying files from H:\_ISO folder, but your screenshot shows F:\Easy2boot\Make\_ISO ???
The message says contig.iso is not on the USB drive - is it on the USB drive?
Not sure then.

Due to a problem with grub4dos, the file should be less than 3.9GB (not sure if grub4dos fixed now or not?).
In any case having a very large contig.iso file will mean using it to boot large non-contiguous ISOs will be very slow as the whole ISO file has to be copied into the contig.iso file under grub4dos which may be very slow (even if you have an USB SSD).
If you used the default install then I think it deletes contig.iso. If you use the Custom install then you can choose the size of contig.iso.
