Bugfix for Switch_E2B.exe not detecting E2B drive

If Switch_E2B was not detecting the E2B USB drive on some of your Windows systems, please update to E2B v2.10 or later.
The issue was traced to the existence of virtual disks (e.g. from MS Games, etc.) which caused the disk number of the USB drive to be much higher than the number of real disks in the system, e.g. USB drive number 15 instead of 5 if it was the 6th drive in the system.
