Anyone know why I'm getting this error? "No menu.lst file"

not enough details?
Assume E2B is used by many thousands of people all over the world.
Assume these people do not get this error when legacy booting to the E2B USB drive normally.
So if you get the error then there is something 'special' about your equipment or method.
I forgot my crystal ball today - I am not sitting on your shoulder and cannot see through your eyes so you will need to describe exactly what equipment you have, what you did and what you saw.
