MPI ToolKit v0.105 (adds support for DLCBoot 2022)

The latest version has added support for legacy booting to grub2 after conversion to a FAT32 .imgPTN file.

Note: Use a file extension of .imgPTN and not .imgPTN23 because the grub2 kernel gets confused and tries to run grub from the agFM Partition 2 if you use a .imgPTN23 file extension!
