Quote from francisgernet on 2022-12-29, 9:02 AMHi,
I bought on Amazon the eBook "Getting started with Ventoy..." because of the 275 pages and because of John Blair's commentary : "Worth the price Although the information in this book is available for free just by starting with online search, it's well worth the cost to support the Author/Creator and the efforts envolved."
Unfortunately this eBook is in Kindle format, and, unless I'm mistaken, there is no Kindle reader under GNU/Linux (I'm under Ubuntu and I have difficulties with Wine).
Is there any way to get an open eBook or PDF version?Thaks for your help, Sincerly yours.

Thank you for your answer.
At my office, it's ok (although my browser is often cluttered and slow), but on the train (from where I live in Brittany to Paris), I can't use my Bookeen reader.

Quote from SteveSi on 2022-12-29, 10:11 AMWell, if you have problems reading kindle kpf books then one wonders why you bought a Kindle book? Amazon clearly says it is a Kindle book and this site displays a pop-up which advertises my PDF eBooks, so why did you buy the Kindle version?
I found this link
https://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2017/07/best-ebook-reader-app-ubuntu
which may help with off-line reading.
