E2B v2.12 released and eBook updated

Has a bugfix for latest version of Strelec WinPE ISO plus auto-detects if .img file is a floppy disk image or not (uses .imgfd or .imghd)

I have also made small updates to most of the eBooks too (re-download yours for free from Payhip).
