Some computers (e.g. Zyrex or Lenovo IdeaPad s145, etc.) may not UEFI64 boot to the Kaspersky Shim EFI file.
This may be due to it being blacklisted in the BIOS (perhaps in the DBx blacklist?).
UEFI64 booting may just give a blank screen.
To fix this, we need to remove the Kaspersky shim and replace it with the agFM EFI file…
On Partition 2:
- Copy the file \grubfmx64.efi to \EFI\BOOT folder
- Make a copy of the file \EFI\BOOT\BOOTX64.EFI
- Delete \EFI\BOOT\BOOTX64.EFI
- Rename \EFI\BOOT\grubfmx64.efi to BOOTX64.EFI
